Security Officer - Spanish SpeakingLocation: Denison TX., 75020Job Summary:

The Security Officer - Non-Commissioned will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and clients by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. The Security Officer will also be responsible for responding to alarms and emergencies, completing reports, and communicating with local law enforcement as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
  • Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as medical emergencies or criminal activity
  • Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or activity
  • Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as needed
  • Communicate with local law enforcement as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Security license
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Previous security experience preferred
