) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Tucson, AZ area.
Full-Time & Part-Time | 15-40 hours per week | 4-or 8-hour shifts
Pay: $25-$31 per hour, based on experience
Bilingual Spanish-speaking RBTs are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2-18 in their homes and community settings.
  • Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans
  • Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills
  • Collect and accurately document session data
  • Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations provided by the BCBA
  • Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team
  • Support positive behavior change and help clients reach their individualized goals

What We're Looking For
  • Active RBT certification required
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not required
  • Passion for working with children and supporting families
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area
  • Ability to pass a background check
