A Clinical Supervisor conducts behavioral evaluations of clients and assists the BCBA in designing behavior and individual support plans and treatment plans for clients.

  • Provide direct and indirect services and supervision to clients by implementing programs and behavior plans approved by the BCBA.
  • Manage a caseload under the direction and with regular supervision from a BCBA.
  • Attend weekly or bi-weekly supervision meetings with BCBA to review case progress.
  • Conduct assessment and write initial assessment and progress reports to be reviewed by the BCBA.
  • Monitor client's progress and program integrity.
  • Assist in creating instructional materials, running programs, taking data, and assessing clients in the development of new programs relating to the clients functional and education needs in conjunction with the BCBA.
  • Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent, and timely manner.
  • Trains parents and other caregivers in implementing ABA principles and other related behavior intervention procedures.
  • Collaborate with adjunctive service providers and all other members of the client educational environment.
  • Other duties assigned by BCBA and Director of Clinical Programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or another related field or enrollment in a graduate program for ABA/Education or related field
  • At least RBT Certification, BCaBA Certification preferred
  • At least one-year experience in clinical case management
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
