Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Spanish Speaking Alexandria, VA

$25-$30 per hour
Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-6:00 PM

EzCare ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Alexandria area. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with a child, build a meaningful connection, and play an important part in their growth and development.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

  • Help your client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

  • Use engaging and motivating teaching strategies tailored to the child

  • Collect session data and complete documentation

  • Partner with families and your clinical team to support progress
