We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our vibrant team! In this creative and exciting role, you'll work directly with children with autism, implementing innovative treatment plans to enhance their quality of life.

Duties

  • Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and adjust care plans.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.

  • Utilize behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors constructively.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members, including therapists and family members, to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Qualifications
