Training Wheels ABA in Pflugerville is hiring a Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support early learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you are an experienced, certified RBT looking for a supportive, growth-focused clinic environment, we would love to meet you.

Training Wheels ABA provides high-quality early intervention ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 10 years old. Our Pflugerville clinic is known for its collaborative culture, strong clinical leadership, and commitment to empowering families through evidence-based care.

About the Role

As a Licensed RBT, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD

  • Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Support skill development in communication, play, social skills, and daily living

  • Document session data accurately in required systems

  • Collaborate daily with supervising BCBAs and clinic leadership

  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and ethical clinical standards

Pay Range

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and ABA tenure.
