Local Sales Manager – Spanish Media Division
Fort Myers Broadcasting Company | Southwest Florida
Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is seeking a high-performing Local Sales Manager to lead and grow our Spanish Media Division.
This is a build-and-lead opportunity.
You will take ownership of a multi-platform portfolio that includes:
  • Univision
  • UniMás
  • Estrella TV
  • 97.7 Latino
  • Máxima FM
…and drive revenue growth across television and radio in one of the fastest-growing Hispanic markets in Florida.What You’ll Do
  • Build, lead, and hold accountable a team of Account Executives
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth across TV and Radio
  • Develop and execute a market growth strategy within the Hispanic business community
  • Lead key accounts, major pitches, and new business efforts
  • Strengthen relationships with local clients and agencies
  • Create a culture of performance, urgency, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales leader with a track record of winning and growing revenue
  • Experience building or elevating a sales team
  • Strong new business mindset
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Media sales experience (TV or Radio) preferred
