Position Overview
Prep Academy Tutors of Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate Spanish-Speaking Academic Tutor to support students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will provide personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to each student's academic needs, learning style, and goals, with a particular focus on Spanish language instruction and support.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Availability

Requirements
A qualified applicant will have a bachelor's degree and will also meet at least one of the following criteria:
  • You hold a valid California teaching certificate or the equivalent thereof
  • You are a current student teacher pursuing a teaching certificate
  • You have 2 or more years of experience as a classroom teacher in a private, public, or charter school
  • You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited U.S. university or college
  • You are a Master's/PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at an accredited U.S. university or college

Spanish proficiency is required for this position.
