Pay:ย $20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the face of the organization. This individual will create a welcoming first impression while ensuring the office operates efficiently on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, bilingual in Spanish and English, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and maintain front office security protocols
  • Manage conference room scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Coordinate with vendors for office services, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance
  • Report and follow up on facility-related issues until resolved
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative projects for multiple departments
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Support office events and employee activities

Qualifications
