Bilingual Receptionist – Great Entry-Level Opportunity
 $18/Hour

Abel Personnel is seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual Spanish/English Receptionist for a great entry-level opportunity in the Harrisburg area!
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming first impression, this could be a great opportunity to launch or grow your administrative career.
 Position: Bilingual Receptionist
 Pay: $18/hour
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
 35-hour work week
 On-site

What You’ll Do:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer incoming calls and provide routine information
• Assist visitors and applicants with preliminary information
• Perform basic data entry and word processing
• Enter information into computer systems
• Assist with outgoing mail and general office tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Provide professional and courteous service to the public

What We’re Looking For:
• Bilingual Spanish/English – required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No previous experience required – excellent entry-level opportunity!
