The Content Designer & CMS Integrator will be responsible for creating and managing content across our digital properties using our content management systems (CMS).

This role involves writing engaging copy, publishing content, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of brand tone, an eye for detail, and the technical aptitude to work within CMS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and publish engaging copy for websites, apps, and other digital channels.

  • Upload, format, and maintain content (e.g., text, images, videos) using the CMS.

  • Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive digital experiences.

  • Update and optimize existing content to keep it relevant, accurate, and SEO-friendly.

  • Monitor the performance of content and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

  • Troubleshoot formatting, layout, or technical issues within the CMS.

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure content is displayed correctly across devices.

  • Maintain documentation on CMS processes, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in copywriting, digital content creation, or content management.

  • Bilingualism required (ENGLISH / SPANISH), the candidate will work with stakeholders outside of Quebec

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field, such as technical writing, content design, copywriting etc. preferred but not required.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Spanish to proofread translated content for website.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Storyblok, Drupal or similar).

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and consistency.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and web content best practices.

  • Good organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Basic knowledge of AI for prompt creation and custom gems to help refine content creation processes.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (asset)
