We're looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish) to join our team at Too Good To Go.

This is a part-time, fully remote role (within Texas), with core working days of Sunday-Tuesday. (You must reside in Texas for this role)ย 

The Role:

  • You are the main point of contact for Too Good To Go users, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email and chat.ย 
  • Handle priority situations with a high level of care and work closely with the wider CX team to resolve user issues
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all your communications with our usersย 
  • Understand and communicate our users' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally
  • Utilize the knowledge base and wider CX communication channels to ensure accurate responses

We are looking for:

  • Some experience in a Customer Service-related role
  • Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and Englishย 
  • Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to increase hours per the business needs
  • A first-class and inspiring communicator
  • Someone who enjoys working with targets, KPIs, and takes pride in their performance
  • A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts with our users
  • Detail-oriented individuals who are able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
  • Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP is a nice-to-have.ย

Salary & working conditions

Certain US states/jurisdictions require Too Good To Go to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. Hourly range is $16/hour. The core regular days for this role are Sunday - Tuesday with two operating shifts: 9am - 1/2pm & 1- 4/5pm.ย
