Role Description:

The Sales Administrator Intern is a part-time, hybrid role based in Miramar, FL. The Sales Administrator Intern will gain hands-on experience in business development, sales administration, executive support, and marketing within the hospitality industry. Working directly alongside the CEO and Executive Team, the intern will assist in generating new business opportunities, supporting day-to-day sales operations, and contributing to special projects while developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, lead research, qualification, and follow-up with prospective clients.

· Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, calendars, and occasional travel arrangements for the Executive Team.

· Maintain CRM records, lead lists, sales activity reports, and other administrative documentation.

· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, correspondence, and other sales and marketing materials.

· Support the company's social media initiatives, networking events, trade shows, and client communications.

Perform administrative, research, and business development projects as assigned while gaining exposure to all aspects of the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and client support skills, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly with internal teams.
  • Sales support capabilities, including data entry accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
  • Administrative assistance skills, such as organizing files, managing schedules, and handling routine office tasks.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone and email and willing to develop professional sales skills.
  • Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), Adobe Acrobat and comfort learning new systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in Miramar, FL, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle preferred for occasional local business errands and meetings; business mileage will be reimbursed.
  • Interest in the hospitality or manufacturing industries and willingness to learn about project-driven sales processes.
