US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES: All Points is seeking a Program Engineer / Operations professional to support the United States Space Force (USSF) on Cape Canaveral Space Station and Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), FL. This position is a contingent hire pending contract award and requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD The selected candidate will support the United States Space Force in enabling the full spectrum of AATS Range, Spacelift / Access, Servicing, Mobility, and Logistics (SML); Space and Launch Vehicle Research and Development (R&D); and the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) to empower warfighters worldwide by providing mission area capabilities through research and development and operations supported with assured access to space. Duties may include but are not limited to: Design, development, deployment, operations, or analysis of DoD, civil, or commercial space launch vehicles, payloads, or spaceports. Support space launch, range, and spaceport?related activities. Support mission activities associated with AATS Range, Spacelift / Access, Servicing, Mobility, and Logistics (SML), Space and Launch Vehicle R&D, and SpRCO initiatives. May be required to work after hours when mission requires. Travel may be required.
Communicate work using SMART. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering or the physical sciences YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS: * Five (5) or more years of experience with the design, development, deployment, operations, or analysis of DoD, civil, or commercial space launch vehicles, payloads, or spaceports.
Ten (10) or more years of experience is preferred. Experience as a system or program director OR PPBE and program experience; OR experience advising political and cultural leaders regarding space launch and range, and on?orbit servicing, mobility, and logistics (SML), including spaceport infrastructure improvement initiatives; OR Experience with commercial space operations support agreements (CSOSAs), range safety, or range operations; OR Experience working with launch and test ranges or satellite vehicle processing; OR Experience working with inter?agencies at USSF launch bases, including launch prioritization and manifesting activities; OR Experience in spaceport architecture and implementation, OR a graduate degree in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or space sciences. Available to work after hours when mission requires. Travel may be required.
