Job description

To help make your commute easier, Quad also provides free transportation to and from select Wisconsin facilities.

We're currently looking for a Second-Shift Shuttle Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for employees traveling between Quad's Wisconsin locations. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll operate a scheduled route while delivering excellent customer service to our internal team members. Starting pay is $25.00 / hour.  

Second Shift hours will be 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. M-F, and every other weekend.  Hours may fluctuate slightly based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for safe and timely transportation of passengers to appropriate destinations in an organized, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Follow the route as scheduled while allowing for special pickups.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with internal customers to coordinate special pick-ups.
  • Responsible for operating the company vehicle safely as well as maintaining a valid driver's license and driving record within acceptable company guidelines.
  • Other responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle, fueling loaner vehicles, and helping out the service consultants with moving vehicles or pulling vehicles up for the customers.
  • Conduct scheduled and on-demand interplant shuttle runs throughout Quad's Wisconsin network, ensuring the safe and timely transport of materials, vehicles, and other business-related items.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Punctuality and good attendance.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and service-oriented position.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Previous courier or shuttle driver experience is preferred but not required.
  • Drivers should be able to read maps, be familiar with GPS, and quickly adapt to any changes and make decisions on the fly.
