This position will get direct exposure to Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Environmental Health & Safety, and Continuous Improvement functions within Operations. This position will also gain experience with different wireless products, fiber optics, robotics, and RF devices tailored to Intelligence and Cyber.

- Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects
- Baseline Hours per Unit (HPU) for an array of product lines
- Develop process improvements and plans to create efficiencies
- Make recommendations for tooling and process requirements for new product introductions
- Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations
- Support development of digital dashboards using PowerBI systems enhancing manufacturing metrics
- Provide logistics support for optimizing product flow and throughput
- Support Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption and application to manufacturing work cells
- Work on cross-functional teams supporting the business
- Quality assurance development of mistake-proofing, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors of Arts or Sciences degree in related field.
