Job description

Title: Client Data Architecture - Program Manager
Duration: 9  Months
Location: Atlanta GA

 
Duties:
• Deep expertise in the investment management domain and various data products like ESG, Post Trade KPI, Analytics, Risk analytics and models etc
• Expertise in the data management space – data acquisition, ingestion, transformation, distribution, consumption and data governance
• Manage large, complex, multi-year projects/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, and quality
• Coordinate the development of product definition and roadmaps in partnership w the product management team
• Structure and manage integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results
• Manage the product increment lifecycle and associated ceremonies
• Manage relationships with senior leadership team and communicate status and issues regularly
• Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria
• Manage interactions with various data engineering and product teams
• Mobilize and manage a team to execute against project plans
• Lead business and technical design phases
• Lead teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, user experience, and product)
• Familiarity with Agile and Iterative Development
 
Skills:
Ability to drive the adoption of Scaled Agile practices across global teams. Should be proficient and certified in agile at scale methodologies such as SaFE, LeSS, Nexus etc.
• Ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation
• Ambitious and proactive – able to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting
• Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context
• Experience working with global, distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones
• Sense of curiosity and the courage to ask tough questions
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
