DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Space Planning,locatedinRaynham, MA or Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA or Warsaw, IN.

This role supports the Facilities Management & Planningfunction by helping design, plan, and implement effective space solutions that enable employees and business operations to perform at their best. The Space Planning role contributes to office and facility layout projects, workplace moves, and occupancy planning while ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Support space planning and facilities projects, including office layouts, workplace moves, and reconfigurations.
  • Assistin evaluating space requirements related to occupancy, workflow, safety, and functional needs. Help plan, coordinate, and implement furniture layouts and equipment moves across assigned facilities.
  • Draft andmaintainbasic space plans, drawings, and documentation to support facilities initiatives.
  • Participatein facilities assessments, including reviews of space condition, suitability, andutilization.
  • Support cost estimates andtracking forfacilities and space planning projects.
  • Perform basic data and trend analysis to support continuous improvement in spaceutilizationand workplace effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and facilities team members to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor'sdegreerequired(Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, ora relatedfield preferred).

Experience and Skills:

  • Required:
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience aligned with anentrylevelprofessional role.
  • Foundational knowledge of space planning, facilities management, or workplace planning concepts.
  • Ability to interpret basic space requirements andassistwith layout planning and moves.
  • Ability to work collaboratively under close supervision in a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Internship or coursework related to facilities planning, workplace strategy, or interior design.
  • Familiarity with space planning or drawing tools (e.g.,CADbasedor space management software).
  • Exposure to facilities projects, office moves, or workplace reconfigurations.

The expected base pay range for this position is $79,000.00 to $127,075.00.
