Our company culture is hardworking, honest, and friendly. In the Crawlspace Crew, we count on every member of the team to win in their role in the company.

The Job:

  • Complete clean up of any mold remediation in the attic or crawlspace.

Crawlspace Technicians meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience performing, planning, coordinating, or assisting in home restoration work.
  • Familiarity with basic concepts and practices in home construction and remediation.
  • Excellent ability to provide customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively do and coordinate multiple tasks in multiple projects each day.
  • Licensed and able to drive a motor vehicle in a safe and considerate manner, to and from worksites.
  • Currently in reliable commuting distance of Milwaukie, Oregon, or relocating within that distance.

It would be great if you have a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). This is not a requirement, though.

If you are unfamiliar or do not have experience with any of the job tasks or requirements, feel free to talk to us over the phone. We can answer your questions and see if the job would still be a good fit.

This job description is not all-inclusive. Crawlspace Technicians perform other duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Candidates hired for this position will receive detailed job information on essential duties and the day-to-day work. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of this job.

Schedule:

Training & Growth at The Crawlspace Crew:

When you join The Crawlspace Crew, you’ll start in our training pool as a trainee for the position you were hired to fill. During this time, you may rotate through different areas of the company to learn how our entire operation works—from the field to the office.

You’ll get hands-on experience, meet the teams, and build a strong understanding of how your role fits into the bigger picture. Once your training is complete and you’ve proven you’re ready, you’ll officially be posted in your full role and eligible for any commissions or bonuses related to your position, as well as benefits.

We invest in training because we want every team member to succeed—not just at their job, but as a key part of what makes this company great.
