  • Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Communicate guest feedback and operational concerns to management.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Support daily spa operations and assist team members as needed.
  • Consistently uphold the spa's standards for hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience required (cashier-only experience does not qualify).
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment.
  • Accurate cash-handling and basic math skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the spa team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every guest. You'll be a key part of our team and help ensure each client leaves with an exceptional impression of Margot European Spa.

If you're passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a professional spa environment, we'd love to meet you.
