I have a client who recently opened a new Wellness Spa in Woods Cross, Utah. She has several positions available for both a Master Esthetician and a Massage therapist.

We offer true 60-minute sessions, flexible schedules, and a culture where youโ€™re valuedโ€”not rushed. Whether youโ€™re newly licensed or experienced, Lumiere is where your practice can thrive.


Role Description

Massage Therapists

  • Provide authentic, full 60-minute therapeutic sessions (not rushed 50-minute treatments)
  • Customize each treatment to address pain relief, relaxation, and mobility
  • Document client notes in our CRM system
  • Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend retail or upgrades
  • Support rebooking efforts to ensure client progress and steady growth

Master Estheticians

  • Perform 60-minute customized skincare treatments (facials, exfoliation, extractions, protocols)
  • Educate clients on at-home skincare routines and recommend retail products
  • Provide upgrades (peels, masks, add-ons) to enhance results
  • Maintain treatment room standards and sanitation
  • Document services and support client rebooking


Qualifications

Current Utah state license in Massage Therapy or Esthetics (required)

Proficiency in core techniques for your discipline:

  • Massage Therapists โ†’ deep tissue, trigger point, relaxation, pain relief strategies
  • Estheticians โ†’ facials, exfoliation, extractions, customized skincare protocols

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and client care principles

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic

Ability to work flexible schedules, including some evenings or weekends (4-hour blocks)

  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and training
