Job Description

As a Spa Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of our spa and wellness facilities. This role is primarily responsible for cleaning and caring for the spa's locker rooms, public areas and relaxation spaces, while also providing warm and helpful service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness in all spa areas, including locker rooms, restrooms, relaxation lounges, hallways and treatment-adjacent spaces.

  • Clean, sanitize and restock locker rooms throughout the day, ensuring towels, amenities and supplies are always available.

  • Regularly tidy and refresh public spaces by removing used towels, cups and other items.

  • Monitor the overall appearance of the spa and proactively address any cleaning or maintenance needs.

  • Greet guests warmly, answer basic questions and assist with wayfinding throughout the spa.

  • Support smooth spa operations by preparing guest areas prior to opening and maintaining them throughout the day.

  • Transport soiled linens to the laundry facility and replenish clean linens in designated areas.

  • Assist with occasional guest needs such as offering water or providing general information about spa facilities.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, spa/fitness facilities, customer service or a similar role in a high-end or hospitality environment.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, moving between indoor and outdoor spaces as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining clean, organized and welcoming guest areas.

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor when assisting guests.

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a consistent willingness to go above and beyond.
