JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests.
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software.
  • Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or receptionist role preferred.
  • Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and electronic payments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/reservation platforms.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
