Supervisor needed for busy massage clinic. Principal duties include but not limited to: Creating and contributing to the growth and positive atmosphere of the clinic Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the clinic Achieving and exceeding sales and customer service goals Managing and monitoring employee & massage therapy staff Creating and maintaining staff and therapist work schedules Providing excellent service to customers & guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting customers & guests upon arrival and selling services Maintaining professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers/guests Generating sales reports, payroll, bank deposits and maintaining inventory at Manager's request Flexible schedule with evening and weekends required Understands, believes in and upholds Serenity's Vision, Values and Service Essentials Primary responsibilities are sales, customer retention, employee management and customer services Requirements Bilingual--Mandarin Chinese/English preferred College education or relevant work experience preferred Management, sales and/or marketing experience helpful Experience in fitness/service/retail industry Positive and professional attitude in any situation Must pass background check Able to perform multi-tasks Understands and values the importance of GREAT customer service Great Communicator with strong work ethic Fun, collaborative leadership style to lead by example Passion for exceeding expectations Ability to work with diverse group of employees and clients Love of health and wellness services and products Ability to effectively motivate and communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team Makes great decisions including when to ask for support Inspirational trainer and motivator Must have own transportation Be flexible to do the openings, closings and to work on weekend shifts (at least one weekend day a week) Able to communicate up-line information to Clinic Manager This is a full-time position Be accessible after hours and required to come in to open or close clinic when other key staff members calls out or other emergencies Required to work flexible days and hours without restrictions due to other management, activities or time commitment outside of work Benefits Salary/competitive hourly rate (depending on applicant's professional background) + commission & bonus Earn free spa services or receive reduced massage rates Employment growth opportunities
