About the Role:

As a Wellness Concierge at Tonic Spa, you are a key part of the guest experience, blending attentive service with hands-on operational and facilities support. You’ll help create a calm, welcoming environment by engaging with guests, guiding them through wellness services, and ensuring all spa spaces are clean, organized, and ready throughout the day. From hosting spa tours and delivering tea service to supporting wellness therapies and maintaining shared areas, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in both guest care and behind-the-scenes excellence. You’ll work closely with the spa team to ensure every visit feels seamless, thoughtful, and restorative.

Weekend availability is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and support guests with warm, personalized service from arrival to departure
  • Conduct spa tours, explaining facilities and services in a clear and engaging manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including the pool deck, treatment spaces, and guest amenities
  • Perform ongoing facilities upkeep throughout the day to ensure spaces remain organized, stocked, and guest-ready
  • Provide attentive tea and beverage service on the all-season patio
  • Guide guests through compression therapy and red-light therapy sessions, ensuring comfort and proper use
  • Support the turnover of treatment rooms between hot/cold contrast therapy appointments
  • Educate guests on available services and offerings, providing informed and thoughtful recommendations
  • Respond to guest questions or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with Spa Receptionists, Attendants, and Practitioners to deliver a smooth and consistent experience
  • Participate in training and ongoing development to enhance service and wellness knowledge

  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to discreetly and effectively recommend services and products.
