What is spa compensation?

Spa compensation refers to the salary, wages, commissions, and benefits provided to employees working in spa environments, such as massage therapists, aestheticians, and front desk staff. Compensation structures can vary widely depending on the type of spa, location, and specific job role. Many spas use a combination of hourly pay, service commissions, product sales commissions, and tips.
