Spa Associates are professionals who support the daily operations of a spa, ensuring clients have a relaxing and satisfying experience. Their responsibilities include greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering questions about services and products, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. They often serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in customer service. Spa Associates may also assist with inventory management and support spa therapists as needed.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask help you create a welcoming atmosphere and handle client requests efficiently. These skills are crucial for ensuring client satisfaction, supporting smooth spa operations, and fostering repeat business.
