ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage spa appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations, while maximizing therapist availability and guest satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries, providing accurate information about spa services, treatments, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process guest payments, retail purchases, and other transactions accurately using the spa's point-of-sale system while maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, retail displays, and guest spaces to support a relaxing spa environment.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring retail products and spa supplies, receiving deliveries, and notifying leadership of replenishment needs.
  • Coordinate communication between guests and spa therapists to ensure appointments and services run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Address guest questions and service concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to spa leadership when appropriate.
  • Support daily spa operations by assisting with treatment room preparation, administrative tasks, special events, and promotional initiatives as needed.
  • Stay informed on spa services, wellness offerings, retail products, and seasonal promotions to confidently educate guests and enhance their experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the spa team and overall guest experience.

OTHER:

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
