Job Summary

Assists in the administration of People & Culture (P&C) processes such as onboarding, benefits, payroll, and team member data management. Supports P&C professionals in implementing policies and maintaining compliance. Provides general administrative support for P&C functions and team member inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documents team member information and updates records in People & Culture (P&C) systems, following data privacy regulations and company guidelines.
  • Supports day-to-day P&C operations, to ensure alignment with business unit goals and organizational standards.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks related to team member records, benefits, and onboarding processes.
  • Organizes and maintains personnel files and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepares reports and presentations for P&C initiatives, using data collected from various sources within the business unit.
  • Contacts team members and managers to gather information and provide updates on P&C-related tasks.
  • Follows established procedures for handling team member inquiries, escalating complex issues to leadership as needed.
  • Gathers feedback from team members regarding P&C programs and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
  • Exercises discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Partners, plans, and administers team member engagement to foster inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
