This role offers the convenience of remote work, promoting a healthy work-life balance while allowing for flexibility in managing patient care. The position operates primarily during regular office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours to meet client needs. We use state-of-the-art telehealth technology to facilitate effective communication and therapy sessions with clients, ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention and support.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing severe emotional disorders.
• Engage with clients via telehealth sessions, providing evidence-based therapies tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes, demonstrating a commitment to shared goals.
• Document client progress meticulously within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case studies and share insights that can improve service delivery across the organization.
• Empower clients through the implementation of recovery-oriented practices, encouraging autonomy and informed decision-making.

This role focuses primarily on clients within a detox setting, who often deal with complex mental health issues and substance use disorders. The LCSW will work with individuals experiencing acute crises as well as those in transitional phases of recovery, requiring a nuanced understanding of trauma-informed care and crisis management techniques.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment protocols for mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for client communication.
• Adept interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse populations.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, particularly in mental health settings.
• Experience working within a detox or addiction recovery context is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
