Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team. As the face of the hotel, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
  • Process payments and issue room keys
