Deaconess Clinic - Heart & Vascular is seeking a BE/BC electrophysiologist to join a 20+ physician group and a 20+ advanced practice provider group employed by Deaconess Specialty Physicians in southern Indiana. As an electrophysiologist, joining our team means you'll be part of a thriving, independent, not-for-profit healthcare system that has earned its reputation for being one of the best places to practice medicine.   • Inpatient and outpatient practice supported by APPs
  • 7 interventional cardiologists, 8 non-invasive cardiologists, 4 electrophysiologists, 2 cardiothoracic surgeons, and 20+ advanced practice providers

  • Guaranteed Salary: $775,000 for the first 12 months, with earning potential well beyond that.
  • Productivity-Based Compensation
  • Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
  • Quality Bonus: Up to $25,000
