This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.
HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. Summary
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a rotational Operations Integrator who provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of activities within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Operations responsibilities will include being HII's liaison for Government personnel at deployed locations and serving as the single point of contact for all deployed aircraft operations inclusive of ground operations, managing HII rotating personnel, in-and-out processes of contractor personnel, and being accountable for all mission planning and reporting and, be the final authority for HII's approval for mission support. The Operations Manager will work directly with the HII Program Manager to ensure on-time delivery of all tasks and deliverables while complying with remaining within Task Order (TO) scope and within the approved budget.
This requisition supports hiring at multiple positions and experience levels. Final placement will be determined based on the selected applicant's qualifications, experience, and skill sets.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the focal point for all operations within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
  • Provide leadership, management, and guidance to all on-site personnel.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Government representatives and ensure consistent communication and alignment with mission requirements.
  • Ensure all deployed personnel coordinate operational activities through the local U.S. military chain of command.
  • Oversee ground operations at the site, including daily mission coordination and operational support.
  • Serve as the final operations approval authority for contractor activities.
  • Maintain responsibility for operational procedures and the development, accuracy, and submission of operational reports.
  • Support operations at locations where aircraft and ISR missions are conducted.
  • Maintain appropriate electronic and hard copy products, reports, and records.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What We Are Looking For
  • Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
  • 5+ years aviation experience.
  • 5+ years of remote sensing operations.
  • Logistics knowledge.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Passport
  • Experience with airborne ISR operations and sensors.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with U.S. military leadership and work effectively within a joint operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of overseas contractor operations, personnel management, and deployment processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations under dynamic conditions.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in the USSOUTHCOM AOR on a rotational basis up to 90 days.
  • Clerance: Possess and maintain a Secret clearance.

Preferred: Bonus Points For...
  • Fluent Spanish speaking.
  • Knowledge of secure military communication systems.
  • Previously flown and operated a small aircraft for extended periods of time.
