At Allia Health Group, the umbrella organization for Southend Pharmacy, Brello Health, and Woven, we don't just follow industry trends-we redefine them. Our mission is to commoditize anti-aging solutions, making them affordable and accessible to the average consumer-not just the wealthy. By offering customized and cost-effective wellness products that follow cost-containment models, we aim to improve people's quality of life and meet them wherever they are on their health journey.
Job Summary
Allia Health Group is building a digital health system across men's health, women's health, and longevity. Clinical services are delivered through Allia Care, a national provider network supported by centralized clinical operations and an in-house EHR (targeting Q3 2026).
Allia Care powers clinical services for group subsidiaries and provides medical governance across the portfolio, including Brello Health, HelloWellness, and Southend Pharmacy.
We are hiring a remote Fractional Chief Medical Officer to be the senior-most medical leader accountable for clinical decision-making, clinical operations, quality & patient safety, and healthcare information systems across the ecosystem, scaling reliably at 15,000+ patients/month while maintaining a high bar for clinical integrity and compliance.
Work Location: This is a 100% remote fractional cmo leadership opportunity, providing flexibility while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive clinical strategy, regulatory oversight, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Set the clinical vision and standards of care across men's health, women's health, and longevity
  • Establish clear clinical decision rights and governance mechanisms across Allia Care and subsidiaries
  • Own the clinical operating system including coverage models, clinician supply/demand planning, and operational KPIs
  • Design safety-first throughput guardrails to maintain clinical quality during growth
  • Build and run a telehealth-native Quality & Patient Safety program
  • Build and lead a high-performing clinician organization including recruiting, training, and supervision
  • Serve as executive owner of clinical product strategy for the in-house EHR and clinical tooling
  • Own clinical due diligence for new programs and treatments
  • Own the clinical compliance posture in partnership with Legal and Compliance
  • Maintain safe prescriber-to-pharmacy workflows for medications fulfilled through the pharmacy subsidiary
What We Require
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Urology, or related specialty
  • 10+ years of clinical experience, including 5+ years in senior clinical leadership (e.g., Medical Director, VP Medical Affairs, CMO)
  • Proven experience leading clinical operations, quality, and patient safety programs in a telehealth or tech-enabled care environment
  • Experience managing provider performance, peer review, and clinical governance frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA, state medical boards, telehealth, prescribing compliance)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams
  • Experience working with EHR systems and clinical technology platforms
(e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or proprietary systems)
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery models
Preferred Requirement
  • Prior experience as a Chief Medical Officer or equivalent in a digital health or multi-entity organization
  • Experience scaling clinical operations in high-volume environments (10K+ patients/month)
  • Experience building or influencing EHR systems, clinical workflows, and decision support tools
  • Experience managing multi-state provider networks, including 1099 clinicians
