Join our team at Tom Wood Honda in Anderson and soon Whitestown, IN as a Finance & Insurance Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dealershipโ€™s profitability and customer satisfaction by effectively managing the F&I process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire finance and insurance process ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies.
  • Work closely with customers to secure financing by evaluating credit applications and presenting financing options.
  • Present and explain financial products including extended warranties, insurance, and other add-ons.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers to offer competitive financing packages.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals and improve customer experience.
  • Stay current on financial products, regulations, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of financing, insurance products, and credit analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
