Job description

Position Summary
The Regional Operations Manager serves as a key operational leader responsible for driving performance across an assigned portfolio of hotels. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader partners with General Managers and corporate departments to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, associate engagement and brand compliance while developing future leaders.

Leadership Responsibilities
Β·       Lead and coach assigned General Managers.

Β·       Conduct regular property visits and operational reviews.

Β·       Develop succession plans and future hotel leaders.

Β·       Drive accountability throughout the region.

Operational Excellence
Β·       Ensure compliance with brand standards and HMP operating procedures.

Β·       Improve guest satisfaction and quality assurance scores.

Β·       Lead hotel transitions, acquisitions and special projects.

Financial Performance
Β·       Drive top-line revenue, GOP and EBITDA performance.

Β·       Review P&Ls, payroll, purchasing and labor productivity.

Β·       Partner with Sales and Revenue Management on commercial strategies.

People Development
Β·       Recruit, coach and retain high-performing General Managers.

Β·       Conduct performance reviews and leadership development.

Qualifications
Β·       Bachelor's degree preferred.

Β·       7 years hotel operations leadership.

Β·       Multi-property experience preferred.

Β·       Experience with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Choice and/or IHG brands.
