Job description


Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. The remote percentage is based on current program needs but will be less than 50%.
The Engine Systems Program Manager sits on the program leadership team and leads projects in meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals for the Engine Systems Production portfolio. This exciting opportunity will expose the selected candidate to a wide range of challenges on a cross-functional, cross-site, multi-national team. Responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a subset of Engine Systems Production Programs, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Coordinating with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Contracts, and Finance to ensure proper project execution
  • Collaborating with our internal and external customers to resolve issues and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Education
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience

  • Capable of interfacing, negotiating, and presenting to a variety of stakeholders including coworkers, leadership, partners, and customers
