Are you a strategic sourcing professional who thrives on negotiation, supplier management, and delivering measurable business results? We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead supplier relationships, drive cost-saving initiatives, and develop sourcing strategies that support growth, operational excellence, and supply continuity.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, mitigate supply risks, and optimize total product costs. You'll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies that directly impact profitability, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

 What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensuring optimal performance in cost, quality, service, and innovation.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, including product pricing, freight, payment terms, rebates, and contractual agreements.
  • Identify and execute cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities while maintaining or improving supplier performance.
  • Analyze total product costs, including freight, tariffs, duties, packaging, and supply chain factors, to drive value for the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to support sourcing and category strategies.
  • Lead supplier selection activities utilizing sourcing tools and processes, including RFIs, RFQs, competitive bidding, and product validation.
  • Vet, onboard, and manage new suppliers while supporting supplier transition and global sourcing initiatives.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies, including dual-source and contingency plans, to ensure supply continuity.
  • Monitor market conditions, commodity trends, tariffs, and supply chain disruptions, proactively communicating impacts and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen sourcing processes.
 What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
