Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Associate Director (IT) to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement initiatives across IT software, services, and related technology categories. This role will partner with business stakeholders to drive value, manage risk, optimize costs, and support enterprise technology objectives. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and contracting activities for IT software, services, and technology-related spend. 

Develop and execute category strategies to achieve cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance goals. 

Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution. 

Negotiate complex agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, software licensing, and service contracts. 

Provide market intelligence, benchmarking, spend analysis, and sourcing recommendations. 

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations. 

Drive multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. 

Required Skills 
3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement. 

3+ years of experience negotiating complex contracts, including master agreements and SOWs. 

Strong analytical, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills. 

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. 

Preferred Skills 

6+ years of experience sourcing IT software, hardware, financial services, or clearinghouse solutions. 

5+ years of experience leading RFx initiatives and negotiating complex technology agreements. 

Strong understanding of IT software and hardware procurement. 

Experience with eRFx tools, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and contract management systems.
