As an Technical Program Director in the Source 2 Pay value stream, you will lead and direct complex technology projects and programs with extensive outcomes for clients, employees, and stakeholders across the firm. Your broad understanding of technology in financial services will enable you to develop strategic plans and ensure the program meets both internal and external requirements. Adept navigation through ambiguity, adaptation to change, and leveraging of advanced analytical reasoning and influencing skills are essential for driving mutually beneficial outcomes. Your exceptional communication abilities will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients, while your expertise in resource optimization and risk management will ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for complex, cross-functional technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with firm-wide objectives and efficient resource allocation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients, driving collaboration and effective decision-making
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, adhering to risk management practices and policies
  • Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, manage vendor relations, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
  • Acting as the central hub between software developers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Directs technology programs across the Source to Pay value stream including sourcing, contracting, procurement, payments, invoicing, and tax - optimizing integration and performance of SAP, Ariba, Icertis, Concur, SCDI, and proprietary systems.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical reasoning, and applying critical thinking to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proficient in technical solutions, with experience in implementing and managing applications and services
  • Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive working relationships and propelling mutually beneficial outcomes for firm objectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Integrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.
