The Soundview Family Y is seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Lifeguards to join our team! As a Lifeguard, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of all participants, maintaining a welcoming and positive aquatic environment, and upholding YMCA standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe swimming conditions by maintaining constant visual attention and remaining alert while on duty.
