Practice Info

  • Close-knit team of 1 physician and 5 dedicated CRNAs.
  • Physician chief and chief CRNA actively contribute to various hospital committees, including medical diversion, medical executive, critical care, and surgery.
  • Thriving community hospital.
  • Manage general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases.
  • Support the endo and cath lab when needed.
  • Does not handle trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatrics.

Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Guaranteed base salary of $375,000 plus quality bonus up to $25,000 annually.
  • $50,000 Chief Stipend.

Benefits

  • Generous 8 weeks of scheduled time off.

Shift & Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, 44 weeks a year.
  • NO CALL.
  • Each team member will take call for 7 days, running from Saturday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Board Certified/eligible in anesthesia.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
