Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Portland, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR systems.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: 5 days/wk.
  • Facility size: 99 beds.
