Summary
This position involves the operation of concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready mixed concrete. All deliveries are local to Greater Rochester and the surrounding areas.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $25-$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate mixer trucks and report equipment issues promptly
  • Maintain truck cleanliness and wash out the mixer between and after deliveries to ensure proper vehicle condition
  • Perform pre and post trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
  • Work independently and make sound decisions to ensure your safety and performance as well as that of our customers and co-workers
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and customers at all times
  • Strict adherence to company safety requirements and procedures

Requirements
  • Valid State Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Ability to use GPS, read maps, and follow delivery routes
  • Effective communication via radio and truck tracking systems
  • Ability to lift 50 lb chutes and climb ladders as needed
  • Working knowledge of commercial trucks and related equipment
