• Conduct detailed assessments that evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and psychological health.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapeutic support across multiple formats, including individual, family, and group sessions.
• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support services to clients experiencing acute challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in strict accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and allied health professionals—to ensure holistic care for each client.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest trends and research in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing chronic mental health issues, those experiencing life transitions, and clients in crisis. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
