PostNet is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position with an emphasis on front counter customer service and mail sorting.
If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with a locally owned business.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process shipping orders FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS
  • Sort and distribute mail for private mailbox customers
  • Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Assist with basic printing and document services
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized

Qualifications
  • Entry-level - no experience required, training provided
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
