Product Sorting Specialist - Full-Time (1st Shift)

Location: On-site in our Schaumburg IL Office 

Positions Available:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Pay: $18.00 -  $20.00 per Hour (based on experience)

About Us

At The Heartland Roadshow, we operate in the precious metals industry. We are searching for a Product Sorting Specialist to help in our Schaumburg, IL facility. In this essential role, your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success! This role requires strong attention to detail with the ability to focus and work efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to evaluate and analyze products as they arrive, ensuring proper sorting, handling, and storage of goods
  • Assist in inventory management by accurately recording the movement of goods in the system
  • Communicate with team members regarding the status of shipment and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to facilitate efficient operations
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Ability to sort and manage incoming inventory
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Ensure all documentation and paperwork is properly completed
  • Good stable work record
  • This role requires strong attention to details with the ability to focus and work efficiently.
  • Previous experience with receiving and sorting is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the Role

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
