Job description

Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on sorting machines and related automated equipment to ensure stable and efficient operation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules.
Develop and execute maintenance plans, keep detailed service logs, and submit regular reports.
Coordinate with external vendors or manufacturers for major repairs, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
2. Team Management
During non-maintenance periods, oversee daily operations of the sorter team to ensure sorting processes are efficient and accurate.
Train sorters on proper use and safety procedures for sorting equipment.
Monitor sorting quality and productivity, resolving any operational issues in a timely manner.
Manage shift schedules, attendance, and basic performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Collage diploma or above; degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation preferred.
Minimum 3 year of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably with automated sorting equipment.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; ability to independently handle common equipment faults.
Team management or supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Able to work flexible hours, including early/late shifts and overtime when needed.
Relevant maintenance certifications or forklift license preferred.
