Job Title: Junk Removal Driver & Sales Specialist

Are you a high-energy individual who loves being on the move and closing deals? Junk King Green Bay/Appleton is looking for a Driver & Sales Specialist to join our crew. This isn't just a driving job—you are the face of our business. You will be responsible for operating our trucks, meeting with residential and commercial customers, providing on-site estimates, and "closing the sale" to ensure we clear their clutter and provide a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Estimating: Meet with customers on-site to assess their junk removal needs. Use our pricing guidelines to provide clear, accurate quotes and confidently close the sale on the spot.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver "white-glove" service. Build rapport with homeowners and business managers to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
  • Driving & Operations: Safely navigate a Junk King truck through the Green Bay and Appleton areas. Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain a clean, professional vehicle.
  • Removal & Labor: Work with a team member to safely remove unwanted items (furniture, appliances, construction debris, etc.) from customer properties.
  • Eco-Friendly Sorting: Assist in identifying items that can be recycled or donated to local Green Bay/Appleton charities, supporting our mission to keep 60% of items out of landfills.
  • Payment Collection: Process payments and complete job-related paperwork through our mobile app before leaving the job site.

Qualifications

  • Sales Mindset: Previous experience in sales, retail, or a commission-based role is highly preferred. You should be comfortable discussing pricing and handling "on-the-spot" negotiations.
  • Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history (no CDL required).
