Job description

Job Description: Looking for eager, passionate, and motivated team members for an entry level position at a cannabis cultivation facility located in Dimondale, MI.Support the Cultivation Team in tasks on an as needed basis.Assist the Cultivation team with defoliating cannabis plants, assist in harvesting crops, clean rooms post harvest, and perform bucking and sorting of product post harvest.Assist the Cultivation team with defoliating cannabis plants, assist in harvesting crops, clean rooms post harvest, and perform bucking and sorting of product post harvest.Help with the creation and packaging of prerolls.Effectively communicate with support teams and management.Timely completion of work and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflows and processes.This is an excellent opportunity for people who are looking to learn more about cannabis and who have minimal experience working in the industry. This position is a part time, freelance position in which you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. Experience: No previous cannabis experience necessary, but preferred. Physical Requirements: Work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.Work in a crouched position for long periods of time.Bend, lift, carry and reach with 25+ lbs frequently throughout day.Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.80-90% of the time will be physical labor.
